The averaging method of flow rate, which shows a work of one average well in group of wells.
Average per-well rate are calculated by formula
(1) | <q_i>_1 =\frac{q_i}{N} |
where
<q_i>_1 | per-well rate |
q_i | rate (production or injection) |
N | total number of wells (producers or injectors) |
i | index, which points to the type of fluid or gas (see table below) |
Depending on index, the rate q_i may mean:
Index | Symbol | Rate |
i=O | q^{\uparrow}_O | Oil production rate |
i=L | q^{\uparrow}_L | Liquid production rate |
i=W (with \uparrow) | q^{\uparrow}_W | Water production rate |
i=G (with \uparrow) | q^{\uparrow}_G | Gas production rate |
i=t | q^{\uparrow}_t | Total sandface flowrate |
i=W (with \downarrow) | q^{\downarrow}_W | Water injection rate |
i=G (with \downarrow) | q^{\downarrow}_G | Gas injection rate |
