Synonym: Well Logging = Downhole Logging
Procedure of recoding the various type of data along the wellbore.
The data records are called well logs and the measuring device is called Downhole Logging Tool.
There are different ways to categorize the well logging:
A group of Well Logging methods related to Leak Detection is combined under the Downhole Leak Logging.
Some tools have multiple probes located circumferentially or radially and in this case are called Array Sensor Tool.
