Part of total Hydrocarbon Initial In Place (HCIIP) (oil and natural gas ) in petroleum reservoir which can be recovered to the surface under specific FDP.
The volumetric value of hydrocarbon reserves in NTP conditions is given by STHCIIP.
There are different ways of classifying reserves based on their volume and structure.
