A fluid mixture of low-density alkanes that stays mostly gaseous at Normal Surface Conditions (NTP).
The usual composition is methane (C1) with minor additions of higher alkanes, water vapor and other gases.
May include minor organic and inorganic chemical substances.
In case the concenration of H2S + CO2 > 5.7 mg / m3 = 4 ppm at STP the gas ic called Sour otherwise it is called Sweet.
