Percentage of total hydrocarbon reserves recovered:

(1)	$\begin{array}{l}\displaystyle \rm RF = \frac{V_{recovered \ reserves}}{V_{total \ reserves}}\end{array}$

It always ranges $\begin{array}{l}0 \leq {\rm RF} \leq {\rm EUR}\end{array}$ and is related to Depletion Rate (DR) as:

(2)	$\begin{array}{l}\displaystyle \rm RF = EUR \cdot DR\end{array}$

where EUR is Estimated Ultimate Recovery.
