Business earnings after after deducting the OPEX, Interest and Income Tax from from Revenue:
Net Income = Revenue - OPEX - Interest - Income Tax
The terms above are calculated for the same accounting period (usually 12 months).
It is the ultimate measure of the Business profitability and only positive Net Income adds value to the Business.
