A process in Dynamic System when a particular dynamic variable is changing in time.
It is opposite to Steady-State Process.
A Dynamic System can be under Transition Process in respect to one of its System property and Steady-State to the some others.
A typical example is a fluid flow which can be steady-state for pressure and transitional for temperature.
