A specific type of Fluid flow under a steady-state conditions for pressure:

(1)	$\begin{array}{l}\displaystyle \frac{dp}{dt} = 0\end{array}$

meaning that pressure stays constant in time: $\begin{array}{l}p(t) = \rm const\end{array}$
