Bulk modulus under isothermal (constant temperature $\begin{array}{l}T = \rm const\end{array}$ ) compression/decompression thermodynamic process:

(1)	$\begin{array}{l}\displaystyle K_T = \rho \cdot \left( \frac{\partial p}{\partial \rho} \right)_T\end{array}$

Isothermal bulk modulus is material property and inverse to Isothermal Compressibility $\begin{array}{l}\beta_T\end{array}$ :

(2)	$\begin{array}{l}\displaystyle K_T = \frac{1}{\beta_T}\end{array}$
