Bulk modulus under isothermal (constant temperature  T = \rm constcompression/decompression thermodynamic process:

(1) K_T = \rho \cdot \left( \frac{\partial p}{\partial \rho} \right)_T


Isothermal bulk modulus is material property and inverse to Isothermal Compressibility  \beta_T:

(2) K_T = \frac{1}{\beta_T}
