It usually depends on absolute permeability $\begin{array}{l}k_a\end{array}$ as:

(2)	$\begin{array}{l}\displaystyle s_{woc} = s_{woc,0} \cdot \left( 1 + k_a/k_{a,swoc} \right)^{-n_{swoc}}\end{array}$
