Ratio of Recoverable Hydrocarbon Reserves $\begin{array}{l}Q_{HC}\end{array}$ over the current production rate of these reserves $\begin{array}{l}\mathrm{q_{HC}}\end{array}$ :

(1)	$\begin{array}{l}\displaystyle { \rm RPR } = \frac{Q_{HC}}{q_{HC}}\end{array}$

RPR is measured in time units and is usually presented in years.
