A system which is changing System with some of its properties (called dynamic variables) in time as result to its changing over time as result of evolution or in response to external influence.
In respect to one off the properties the Dynamic System can be either in Steady-State Process or in Transition Process.
A typical example is a fluid flow which can be steady-state for pressure and transitional for temperature.
