Petroleum version of Petroleum Metric Unit System mostly accepted in Russia and post-soviet countries.

The most signifiant deviation from Petroleum Metric Unit System is using atm as the base unit of Pressure instead of kPa (although its value is very close to bar which is a secondary unit of Pressure in Petroleum Metric Unit System).
