In most popular practical case of a 
3-phase fluid model this will be:

(1) q_t = q_o + q_g + q_w

Oil sandface flowrate: q_o

Gas sandface flowrateq_g

Water sandface flowrateq_w


In this case the relation between the Sandface flowrates \{ q_o, \, q_g, \, q_w \} and Surface Flowrates  \{ q_O, \, q_G, \, q_W \} is given by Modified Black Oil fluid @model

(2) q_o = B_o \cdot (q_O - R_v \, q_G)
(3) q_g = B_g \cdot ( q_G - R_s \, q_O)
(4) q_w = B_w \, q_W
