If no mechanical construction is pulled down yet then well completion status is open-hole.
This only happens when the drilong drilling rig is still on well site.
Every drilling eventually ends up with completing the well and then it gets status as cased-hole except sometime the bottom part of the well may stay open-hole to ensure best well-reservoir contact.
